Meet the Founder
Priya Dinkar is the Founder & Principal of Infinex Consulting. She has spent 28+ years in senior leadership roles leading enterprise transformation, redesigning operating models, and building the people and governance architecture that makes strategy real.
Her career spans biopharma, financial services, technology and professional services across 40+ countries. At CSL — a globally listed biotherapeutics company operating across 100+ countries — she led enterprise-wide transformation programmes and was a core member of the Vifor Pharma integration team. At Dunia Group, a Mubadala-Temasek joint venture, she served as CHRO and executive interface to the Board Remuneration and Nomination Committee, overseeing executive compensation and governance at C-suite level. At Conexant, she led four M&A integrations and scaled an organisation from 200 to 1,200 in under a year.
She founded Infinex consulting to bring real-world corporate rigour to every engagement — where the thinking is senior, the delivery is direct, and the work goes beyond the deck.
